Protective Services

The Protective Services Department create a secure environment for all employees and visitors as well as to ensure adequate protection of the Bank's information and assets through user friendly policies and procedures that promote security awareness among staff. The Department draws its mandate from the Protected Places and Areas Act (CAP 22:01), Bank of Botswana Act (CAP 55:01) as well as the Bank's Security Policy. To help ensure an efficient service, visitors are required to provide adequate advance notice of their visits, usually 24 hours prior.
