DCI gained 0.02 percent year-to-date

The domestic companies index rose by 0.02 percent during the first week of the year ending January 5 and closed at 8 861.89 points from 8 860.13 points the previous week, as indicated by Stockbrokers Botswana weekly report. For the year-to-date, the index increased by 0.02 percent. A total of 2 070 296 securities valued at P4 221 400 were traded during the week.
